The Problem.
Patients wait an average of 2-3 weeks to see a doctor, but only 80% of doctors’ appointments are filled in that same period.
This results in over 100,000 wasted administrative hours and $60 billion in lost revenue.
The Solution.
Mymo notifies patients when their doctor can see them sooner by seamlessly integrating into EHR scheduling systems and provides a HIPAA-compliant telehealth web and mobile platform.
My Role.
I successfully pivoted our initial product after it failed to gain any traction, primarily because it was solving the wrong problem (and was too complex).
By leveraging the "Jobs to be Done" (JTBD) framework I was able to prove that we were focusing too heavily on features of the product instead of the specific tasks our customers were trying to accomplish.
The result was a lean invisible app that helped us secure one of the largest health systems and interest from investors.
