Create and share 360° photos and videos.

The Problem.
Like many startups introducing new experience paradigms to consumers, Tamaggo had a relentless focus on their unique hardware but needed an assist in creating a holistic user experience strategy and brand new 360°content platform.
The Solution.
Having been burned with over-promising/under-delivering partners in the past, it was clear I needed to build trust with the Tamaggo team right away if we were to succeed.
After leading our first design sprint we had a preliminary product roadmap spanning 7 platforms that would guide us for the next 3 sprints...and a prototype that helped to solidify trust in us.
My Role.
Head of Product / Fueled
I led product design sprints with a multidisciplinary global team to iterate development and design while concurrently refining alpha firmware and hardware requirements. I also created a highly-scalable design pattern that simplified navigation that requires the use of only a single digit for a seamless experience.
To further promote trust, the Tamaggo team were fully integrated into all of our activities, be it in our Slack channels or JIRA backlog, transparency was paramount.
